Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Scalian, an engineering, IT services and project support company, has announced the recruitment of 1,700 employees in 2023, of which 1,150 will be based in France. The positions in France are offered on a permanent basis and are aimed at engineers and consultants with at least three to five years of experience.
The Scalian group has a total of 5,000 employees in nine countries. It aims to maintain its organic growth at 27%, as in 2022. The turnover, currently €500 million, should reach €600 million by 2024, thanks to external growth. In 2022, 1,200 people joined the group in France.
