Italian aerospace company Leonardo reached an agreement with the trade unions for an early retirement plan involving up to 400 workers of its corporate and staff functions ( Leonardo Global Solutions and Leonardo Logistics) and at the same time, the plan provides for 600 new hires in the areas where early retirements will take place. This should result in a net addition of 200 new workers. Possible early retirement candidates are workers who meet the pension requirements no later than 30 November 2028.
