Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
To continue its development, Cellenza, a French consulting and expertise company that offers digital transformation solutions for its clients, has announced the recruitment of 100 employees in 2023. The company has developed a Smart Business solution for enabling its clients' business enhacement through AI processing of data. The company has a turnover of €22 million and employs 160 people. It was named Microsoft Partner of the Year in the Intelligent Cloud category. Cellenza, based in Courbevoie (Haut-de-Seine), has opened a subsidiary in Lyon and has recently established a subsidiary for the Grand-Ouest zone.
