Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The publishing company, Horoquartz, specialised in working time management software, has announced the recruitment of 100 employees in 2023, including 50 at its sites at Fontenay-le-Comte and Saint-Herblain, near Nantes, and La Rochelle. The rest of the jobs will be spread across the country in thirteen agencies and five regional offices. The company currently employs 570 people. Most of the profiles sought are for implementation consultant positions intended to support certain clients for third-party application maintenance missions. In 2021 the company achieved a turnover of €63 million.
