Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Amadori, an Italian company operating in the animal breeding, processing and sale of meat, has announced that it will recruit 700 new employees, all over Italy but in particular for the plants in Cesena e Santa Sofia (Emilia Romagna) and a Mosciano S. Angelo (Abruzzo).
The figures sought are mainly in production and for the warehousing. In addition, positions in the human resources, IT and sales are also required. Applications can be made directly on the Amadori website.
The recruitment is in line with Amadori's expansion project, which aims to reach 5 billion in turnover by 2026.
