Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The BDR Thermea France group has announced a recruitment plan for 100 employees to support its development projects in the field of energy transition. Around one hundred positions are to be filled in various departments among which Research & Development, logistics, production, after-sales service, marketing, finance and quality.
The company is specialised in sustainable solutions and services for thermal comfort and hot water production in residential and commercial buildings. It is a subsidiary of the Dutch group BDR Thermea which has 6,500 employees in 100 countries. In France, the group has five sites and employs 1,350 people.
