Deloitte an international business and professional service provider, has announced it will expand its Belgian workforce by another 1700 employees until May 2023. Among the 1700 candidates the company will look for 450 with a STEM background and it will also look for layers. To keep finding people in the tight labour market, efforts are being made to broaden diversity, for instance, they will also hire kinesiologists, biologists and Japanologists, among others.
The business expansion follows after the company continues to maintain steady growth. Concretely, its turnover increased by 11% in the previous year.
