Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
French software developer LegalPlace has recently completed a new round of fundraising, which will allow it to continue its development and to recruit 100 new employees. The start-up has created a software which allows users to model legal, administrative and accounting documents in a few minutes. With this new round of funding, the company aims to provide a fully integrated administrative management experience by adding new services to its platform. With the help of artificial intelligence, LegalPlace's digital solution is able to understand the context and the contracts, and to extract the essential information in order to generate documents that comply with current legislation and specificities of very small enterprises (VSEs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
LegalPlace was founded in 2017.
