Description
Terme Olimia, a spa tourist company, announced 30 new employments. The tourist destination experienced a rapid increase in tourist visits; the inflow of tourists exceeded the pre-pandemic times. Due to more tourist guests and an investment in a new hotel, there is a growing need for workers.
Given the labour shortage in the hospitality and tourism sector, the company tries to create a good working environment for employees and construct a public image of itself as a good employer. It offers 25% higher wages than average in the sector, bonuses, and other benefits to attract new employees and retain the old ones.
