Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Urssaf, the public body that manages the collection and redistribution of social security contributions, has announced the recruitment of 119 people to strengthen its teams of inspectors (1,500 agents) and controllers (220 agents). Urssaf is launching a recruitment campaign from 1 to 30 September and positions are open throughout France.
Urssaf is lookinf for inspectors in charge of base accounting control and the fight against undeclared work. The selection of candidates is aimed at identifying their aptitude for the position of tax inspector. The employees will benefit from a 16-months training course for inspectors in charge of the fight against undeclared work and 19 months for inspectors in charge of base accounting control.
