Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Spanish company specialised in technological and digital engineering activities Oesía will create 100 jobs by 2023 at its centre in Zaragoza, where already 200 people work. The reason behind the recruitment is to develop a file management system supported by artificial intelligence and a tender management system based on blockchain technology for public procurement processes, aimed at managing the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRM) and the Next Generation EU funds. The company is also interested in reinforcing its so-called Interpublic Platform, which facilitates the relationship of citizens with Public Administrations via digital solutions.
Oesía is looking for technological project managers as well as other professionals such as specialists in disruptive technologies, back-end and front-end developers and business analysts.
Oesía has several plants in Spain and abroad. In Zaragoza it employs 200 people, while 3,200 worldwide.
