Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Inetum Group, a French IT services company that provides digital services and solutions, announced that it will create 300 new jobs in Romania by the end of 2022. On 9 September 2022, the group announced a 48hours recruitment event, which will be organized on 14 and 15 September 2022. During the event, the group plans to hire 300 persons in Romania as part of company’s strategy to hire 7,000 persons, worldwide.
The new positions are in the software development, management IT infrastructure, devops and cloud, project management and business analysis, data and business automation departments. In Romania, the company currently has 339 employees.
Inetum is headquartered in Saint-Ouen, Île-de-France, France and operates in more than 27 countries and has nearly 27,000 employees.
