Description

Czech plastics company Plastic Parts & Technology (PP&T) with 110 employees went bankrupt due to a drop in orders for car manufacturers and also because of expensive energy and rising material costs. The problems have been going on for two years, even if the situation improved at the end of 2021, the company run into problems again mainly due to the dramatic increase in energy prices.

PP&T specializes in clear plastics used mainly in car lights. The company also produced plastic parts for manufacturers of bathtubs and shower enclosures. Its plastic products are also used in the packaging, medical or electrotechnical industries. The company exported its products to Europe, USA, Turkey, Israel or Japan.
