Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
American-owned, IT management and security software company Kaseya is to create 250 jobs in Dundalk, Co. Louth over the next three years. The company is establishing a new centre of excellence in the town focused on research and development. The company will work closely with university partners in the area to help train students for the positions.
The new roles areĀ for engineers, technical support and sales staff, specifically new customer acquisition, as well as positions across corporate services.
A former business expansion was recorded in the ERM database in 2017, with 130 jobs created (Kaseya-2017-IE).
