Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Capgemini, the French technology consulting and services group, has announced a vast recruitment campaign in the Hauts-de-France region. The company claims that there has been acceleration in demand of cloud, data and AI. The group is offering 400 positions, 350 on permanent contracts and 50 on work experience schemes. Among the profiles sought: development engineers, project managers, software architects and data application consultants.
The group employs 380,000 employees worldwide. In May 2022, the group has announed the recruitment of 840 employees in 2022 at its site in Nantes (Capgemini Technology Services 2022 - FR).
