Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
CNH Industrial, an American-Italian, multinational corporation controlled by the multinational investment company Exor, which operates in various businesses, such as designing, producing, and selling agricultural machinery and construction equipment will hire 150 engineers. The company will open a new Research Centre in Modena in October, which will have a new virtual simulator for tractor testing. The 150 new positions opened will be mainly electronic and mechanical engineers.
In Modena, the company invests 100 million of the 240 million in research and development in the Emea region every year. In the centre, which employs around 1,000 people, out of which 600 engineers.
