Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Aramis Auto- a subsidiary of car manufacturer Stellantis specialised in the online sale of new and used multi-brand vehicles- has announced the recruitment of 150 employees by the end of 2022 for its new site in Saint-Pierre-lès-Nemours (Seine-et-Marne). This site is dedicated to vehicle 'reconditioning', i.e., restoring used vehicles to their original condition in order to resell them. The company is looking for car experts, warehousemen, logisticians, mechanics and bodywork specialists. Aramis Auto reached €1.3 billion in turnover in 2021, an increase of 14.3% compared to 2020.
The company has 1,600 employees in France across over 60 sales offices and three industrial sites. New employees will be offered training courses and will have several benefits.
A previous recruiment announcement has been recorded in the ERM Database with 101 job creations in 2017 (Aramis Auto-2017-FR).
