Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The IT services company ITS Group has announced the recruitment of over 350 employees in 2022, to support its growth. The company, which is specialised in the acceleration of digital transformation, operated in fields such as infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IT consulting and mobile fleet management. New employees will be recruited using various channels: co-optation, HR events, employer brand development, etc. The company announced a 'large-scale training policy' as well as 'first-rate working conditions' to strengthen its attractiveness and recruit the best talent in the market. Among the 350 recruitments, nearly 40 jobs will be for young people on work-study programmes and trainees, plus 16 new jobs will be in Belgium. Overall, 316 people on permanent employment will be hired in France.
