European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Coherent Solutions, an American software development company, is to create 330 new jobs by the end of 2024. In Romania, the company will deliver creative software solutions to customers around the world on artificial intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT) or extended reality. In Romania, the company currently has 65 employees.
Coherent Solutions was established in 1995 and has more than 2,000 employees in eight countries. Its products and services include custom digital solutions; web and mobile app development, DevOps and data services, as well as emerging technologies such as block chain and IoT.
The company is headquartered in Minneapolis (Minnesota, USA) and has development centres in Belarus, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Republic of Moldova, Poland, Romania and Ukraine. Globally, in 2021 the company had sales of more than €95 million, up 31% compared to 2020.
