European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Adenes, a company which is specialised in claims adjustment and insurance services, has announced the recruitment of 100 employees to support the development of its three subsidiaries, Elex, Vering and 3C. The company is experiencing double-digit growth and has set a turnover of €180 million for 2021. The group is recruiting claims and IT experts across all the France. Adenes also aims at strengthen its IT teams based in Lyon, by recruiting developers.
Adenes employs 1,900 people in France, including nearly 750 field experts and 80 remote experts.
