Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Safran Aerosystems Hydraulics - a subsidiary of the Safran group specialising in fluid management for aircraft - has announced the recruitment of 55 employees for its centre of industrial excellence located in Châteaudun (Eure-et-Loire). The total workforce working at this industrial site reaches about 300 employees. The 55 recruitments include 40 on permanent employment contracts and 15 young people on apprenticeship contracts (of more than 9 months). The company is mainly looking for technicians and operators in machining and assembly. The site has already created around thirty jobs this year.
