Masteos, a company specialised in rental investments for individuals, has announced the recruitment of 300 employees in 2022 and 500 employees in 2023, following a fundraising of €40 million. The number of job creations include the previous announcement recorded in the ERM databse with 100 job creations announced in September 2021 (FR-Masteos-2021).
Masteos is developing an integrated 'all in one' digital platform for individuals looking to invest in real estate. From obtaining a bank loan to managing the property, including any work and furnishings, the start-up assists these individuals in their efforts. New recruitments will enable it to improve its technology, strengthen its three main activities- transaction, construction/renovation and rental management- and expand into France and also internationally. Masteos aims to achieve €24 million in turnover by 2022.
The company currently employs 250 people in France.
