Capgemini, the French technology consulting and services group employing 2,690 people in Nantes, has announced the recruitment of 840 employees in 2022 at its site in Nantes, to support its growth. The company will recruit 680 permanent employees and 160 alternating work experience and internship positions. The number of interns and work-study students is not specified. The Nantes site is well established in the banking sector (30% of activity), in the transport and the public sector. To make itself attractive, the company negotiated a teleworking agreement in September 2021, which allows employees to telework up to 70% of the time, with a compulsory presence on the site of only four days per month, with no fixed day commitment. According to the management, this flexible organisation and the location of the offices in the city centre, close to the Nantes SNCF station, are attractive factors for employees.
