Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Agap2, an engineering and consulting company specialised in energy sector, has announced the recruitment of 800 employees in France in 2022. The recruitments will be spread throughout the country, through its 13 agencies: 350 recruitments in Ile-de-France, 100 in the North-West, 60 in the South-West, 40 in the North-East, and 250 in the South-East. After a very successful year in 2021, with a turnover of €135 million in France, Agap2 is launching a large recruitment plan for engineers and people with a 5-year degree. Agap2's ambition in France is to double its turnover and its number of consultants by 2025.
Agap2 has 2,900 employees worldwide.
