Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Minsait, a leading Spanish company in digital transformation and IT consultancy in Spain and Latin America, is going to recruit 4,000 professionals in Spain by 2022. Within this campaign, Minsait aims to recruit 600 profiles without experience by the end of the year with STEM training, either university or vocational training. The company is looking for profiles with traditional technological knowledge, such as Java, Data, Python and Mobility, or more cutting-edge, as would be the case of technologies such as Appian, Power Platform or Google Document Artificial Intelligence. In addition to hiring in Spain, the company expects to add more than 12,000 people in other regions, such as America, Italy, Portugal and the Philippines. Minsait belongs to the Spanish company Indra, one of the leading global technology and consulting companies.
