Vjesnik printing house is going to close down its activities and liquidate the company, therefore the 170 permanent full-time workers of the printing house will be fired. The General Assembly of the Company held on 5 July 2022, which was attended by 823,322 shares-votes out of a total of 1,043,981 shares with voting rights, passed the Decision on the termination of the printing house Vjesnik d.d. Vjesnik's printing house has been struggling with unfavourable market trends for years, some of the problems that led to a drop in revenue and such a large loss are: the interruption of printing of most popular daily newspaper Jutarnji list, the shortage of paper as a basic raw material, and the failure and inability to repair the rotation.
