Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The association of help and services to the person ABRAPA announced 200 recruitments in the department of Bas-Rhin.
The non-profit association, whose mission is recognised as being of public utility, aims to recruit 100 people in its home help activity for the elderly. No diploma is required in the home help sector, which consists of taking care of elderly people (outings, shopping, meals, helping with administrative procedures, home maintenance…). The association recruits on a permanent contract- or on a fixed-term contract if requested by the employee-, on a full-time or part-time basis. Other 100 people are to be hired in 13 nursing homes (EHPAD- Dependency care centres for senior citizens): the association is looking for 50 care assistants, 25 nurses and 25 logistics staff. The contracts offered are primarily full-time permanent contracts, but they can be adapted to fixed term and part-time contracts.
