European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Croatian hotel owner and operator Aminess has opened brand new its five-star hotel Aminess Khalani Beach in Makarska with the intention to provide a year-round service and hired 200 new staff (only 140 permanently). The hotel employs about 200 workers in the main tourist season with the intention to be open a whole year around, and thus almost 70% of them are permanent workers. The investment in new hotel is worth EUR 50 million. This is the first five-star hotel on Makarska riviera, which is very well known for its nice beaches and a very pleasant climate.
