Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Crédit Agricole Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole banking group, has announced the recruitment of 120 people on permanent employment contracts by the end of the year. The bank, which covers two departments (Charente-Maritime and Deux-Sèvres) has also announced the recruitment of 80 work-study positions and 120 internship positions. The 120 permanent positions are for customer advisors in the individual, professional and agricultural markets and multi-channel advisors. The bank is counting on a special recruitment campaign to attract new candidates and is offering job dating afterwork sessions between 5pm and 9pm in its bank branches.
