Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Irish low-cost airline Ryanair will hire 600 employees at Wroclaw airport, Poland. New positions will be opened for pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and IT specialists. The announcement follows the company's decision to invest $ 400 million and create 7 new routes for the summer of 2022.
Ryanair has been operating in Poland since 2005. Currently, it is the largest carrier in Poland in terms of the number of passengers. It operates flights from 12 Polish airports.
Previous business expansions were recorded in the ERM database in 2022, with 420 new jobs in Krakow (Ryanair-2022-PL): in 2018, with 200 new jobs (Ryanair-2018-PL): in 2017, with 375 new jobs in Poznań (Ryanair-2017-PL): in 2016, with 120 new jobs in Wrocław (Ryanair-2016-PL).
