Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Irish low-cost airline Ryanair will hire 420 new employees at Krakow Airport in Poland. New positions will be for pilots, crew, and ground service. The announcement follows the company's commitment to invest $ 800 million and the plan to create 10 new Krakow-based routes for the summer of 2022. In total, it will operate 73 routes.
Ryanair has been operating in Poland since 2005. Currently, it is the largest carrier in Poland in terms of the number of passengers. It operates flights from 12 Polish airports.
Previous business expansions were recorded in the ERM database in 2018, with 200 new jobs (Ryanair-2018-PL): in 2017, with 375 new jobs in Poznań (Ryanair-2017-PL): in 2016, with 120 new jobs in Wrocław (Ryanair-2016-PL).
