Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Agronutris, a French biotechnology company specialised in the breeding and processing of insects for food, raised an investment of over €100 million. In the short period, the company has announced to hire 60 employees for its recently built industrial site at Rethel (Ardennes). The management has plans to multiply its workforce by seven by 2024, therefore it is to recruit other 110 employees by the end of 2024.
Founded in France in 2011, Agronutris currently employs 30 people at Rethel.
