European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The American fund Advent International, which bought Mangopay – a payment platform aimed at professionals (BtoB) – from the Crédit Mutuel Arkea group, has announced to recruit 250 people for the platform worldwide, with 150 new jobs only in France (Mangopay2022 - FR). New roles will be in engineering, production, sales, and customer service.
Advent International plans to invest €75 million in Mangopay, which operates in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Mangopay's ambition is to consolidate its position in Europe and to expand in the short term in Scandinavia, Portugal, and Poland.
Mangopay is an electronic money institution licensed to provide services in the European Union and employs 230 people across Europe.
