Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The online French business school Enaco has announced the recruitment of at least 100 employees in 2022. The first online distance learning business school, Eneco is growing rapidly and raised funds from Andera Partners last November to expand. Founded in 2006 in Roubaix (Nord), Enaco has 200 employees who manage 20,000 students in training. The company is looking for sales profiles, but also people for its teaching, IT and marketing departments and has already started the recruitment of 30 employees. Enaco paid a bonus of €5,000 euros gross last year to its employees for the excellent results. The health crisis has pushed a large number of organisations and individuals from the classroom to the virtual world, leading to a craze for the 56 courses - up to 5 years of higher education - offered by the school.
