Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Inetum Spain, part of the digital services and solutions French group (Inetum Group), aims to hire 1,900 people in Spain by 2022. Inetum started 2022 with a workforce of 6,500 employees in Spain, and it is implementing an ambitious recruitment plan for the year, in line with market needs and its strategic plan. In April 2022, exact dates when jobs would be created had not been published, but they are expected to be created throughout 2022. The profiles in demand include web developers; architects (Java Back, Front, Microservices, API, Management and Cloud); database administrators, Security and Communications Engineers, Mobility (IOS and Android), SAP Consultants for different modules and test automators, among others. With these recruitments, Inetum plans to increase its geographical position in Madrid, Basque Country and Catalunya, where it already has a relevant presence. With a continuous growth of its activities for more than 10 years, Inetum has made the integration of talent one of the pillars of its growth.
