Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The insurance company Swiss Life has announced the recruitment of 430 employees in 2022 in France. New positions will be in insurance, IT, customer relations, and sales. The company is also recruiting 100 work-study students. 90% of the positions offered will be in Levallois-Perret (Haut-de-Seine) and 10% in Roubaix (Nord). The aim of the recruitments is to support the activity.
Swiss Life is one of the leading players in the life and pension insurance, health insurance and personal protection markets. The company has 1,500,000 customers in France and employs 2,337 people. It has reached a turnover of €7.1 billion in 2021.
