Description

ALDI, one of the major discount supermarket chains in Poland, aims to hire 200 employees for its distribution center in Bydgoszcz. This additional demand results from the construction of a new 43,300 square meter warehouse at Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz Lisi Ogon, as part of its business growth strategy in the northern part of the country. The job offer is for both line and managerial positions. With the usage of augmented reality, QR codes, and VOICEbot technology, the recruitment process is set to take an innovative approach in the retail industry. As a result, candidates will be able to call and apply for the post seven days a week.

ALDI was founded in 1946 in Essen, Germany. The chain has been operating in Poland since 2006. It employs almost 3,500 people in 185 stores in Poland.

Previous business expansion for Poland was announced in October 2021 (250 jobs created).
