Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Emergn, a British digital consulting and services company, plans to expand its operations by recruiting 100 new employees by the end of 2022 in Romania. The positions are for IT Developers, Quality Assurance Professionals, Business Analysts, Product Designers, Delivery Managers, Automation and AI Engineers or Data and Analytics Specialists. The new employees will work directly with the company's customers, such as HP, SAP, Vodafone, GSK, Astra Zeneca and others.
Currently, the company has offices in 12 countries and a workforce of 1,000. The main headquarters are in London (UK) and Boston (USA).
