European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
American semiconductor company Ultra Clean Holdings is to create 100 new jobs at a new facility in Cavan. New positions will be in engineering, manufacturing, facilities, on-site shipping and receiving, quality control, sales, and customer service. The plant in Cavan will be fully operational in the third quarter of 2022 and it will support Intel and other European-based customers.
Ultra Clean Holdings is a Nasdaq-listed company that develops subsystems, components and ultra-high purity cleaning and analytical services for the semiconductor industry. It was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Hayward, California.
