Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de la Loire has announced the recruitment of at least 1,000 people over the next three years. Among these, the number of net job creation has not been defined yet but, according to the management, it may be between 100 and 150. New positions will mainly be for business experts and engineering advisors. For the management, 'it is first of all a question of stabilising our workforce because, like all other sectors of activity, we are faced with the desire of young people to change jobs'.
Currently, the Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de la Loire employs 2,800 people in 380 branches in 9 departments.
