Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Atos Romania, a subsidiary of French IT company Atos, plans to increase its workforce by 1,000 employees in 2022. The jobs are available in its four centres located in Timisoara, Bucharest, Brasov and Iasi. The subsidiary has 300 customers across 15 countries. In 2022, Atos aims to recruit both young people at the beginning of their careers and senior and experienced professionals. The jobs are in the areas of R&D, CyberSecurity, Application Development, Big Data and Security, High performance computers, Data Center and Hosting, Systems Applications and Products, Cloud Enterprise Solutions and Digital Workplace. The company is also looking to recruit young graduates for participation in the Atos Academies in the fields of CyberSecurity, Cloud, Application Management, SAP and DevOps.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the recruitment process will be carried out remotely. Furthermore, most of the work will also be done remotely.
Currently, the company has 3,000 employees in Romania and 107,000 globally.
