European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Takeda Pharmaceutical is to set up its Innovation Capability Center (ICC) in Bratislava and it is expected that up to 300 jobs will be created in the Centre over the coming two years. The new ICC centre will be opened at the beginning of April 2022 and the selection process for data analysts, cloud, mobile, automation developers and business analysts, UX / UI designers and architects with a focus on data, cloud and digital services is already in ongoing.
Takeda, which is based in Osaka, Japan, has signed a lease agreement with YIT Company, which renovated the national heritage building Pradiaren during four years, with completion in 2020. Takeda is active in research of pharmaceuticals.
