Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
French logistics company FM Logistic has announced that it will create 150 new jobs at its logistic centre in Głógów. The recruitment process has been launched; the company is looking for forklift drivers and warehouse staff; both experienced staff and people without experience in the sector will be hired, as the company will provide special training for candidates.
FM Logistic provides warehousing, packaging, transport and supply chain management services. The company operates in 14 countries and employs nearly 25,000 people. In Poland, the company has 12 units.
Previous business expansions were announced in June 2021 (100 jobs created), June 2021b (120 jobs created) andJanuary 2022 (250 jobs created).
