Payfit is a French start-up specialised in the digitalisation and simplification of payroll and HR management for small and medium enterprises. It has announced the recruitment of 400 new people by 2022, after raising €254 million in funding to accelerate its growth in Europe. The company will reach 1,100 employees. The fundraising should enable the company to support its development in its existing markets, by offering its technology to two million French SMEs. The company will recruit remotely, as it accepts 100% teleworking.
PayFit has joined the club of French ‘unicorns’, where the word refers to private start-up companies with a value of $1 billion or more.
PayFit equips more than 6,000 companies in four European countries and aims to reach 9,000 employees in the next year.
