Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Ireland-based tech company Fexillon (former IFS, Integrated Facilities Solutions) has announced that it will create 100 new jobs worldwide by 2024. New hires will be in engineering, software and building information management, and are planned to support the expansion of the company in the UK, the US and Scandinavia (Norway and Sweden). The company’s aim is to double its revenues by 2024.
IFS was founded in 2000 in Dublin. It has been just rebranded as Fexillon. The company sells and creates digital asset management services for real estate and infrastructure firms.
