Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Mazars group, which is specialised in accounting, consulting and auditing, has announced the recruitment of 930 people by the end of 2022. This announcement concerns 580 young graduates and 350 experienced staff on permanent contracts. In addition, the group also intends to recruit 470 interns and young people on work-study contracts. The positions will be filled mainly in the head office in La Défense (Paris) but also the offices in the Hauts de France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Occitanie, Bretagne and Pays de la Loire regions. The new jobs will include positions for financial audit and IT audit, as well as data scientists and analysts.
The group employs 3,700 people in France.
