Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
ADP, a French human resources management solutions company, has announced the recruitment of around 100 employees in France on permanent contracts. Candidates for fixed-term and work-study positions are also being sought. For these positions, ADP is looking for both young graduates and experienced candidates, in the Paris region as well as in other regions. The roles to be filled will be: payroll implementation project manager, head of operations, payroll expert, talent project manager, studies and development engineer and others.
Since the beginning of the health crisis, ADP's employees have been managing the human resources of 12,000 clients in France. Currently, ADP employs 2,100 people in France, spread over 9 sites.
