Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Cegedim Group, headquartered in Boulogne-Billancourt (nearby Paris), is an American company specialised in technologies and services in the healthcare field. The management has announced to recruit 100 employees in 2022 for one of the sites located near Montargis (Loiret). In the same location Cegedim has already two sites, one with 250 employees and the other with 100 employees. The company favours local recruitment and hires mainly people with two years of higher education.
The group reached €496.9 million in revenues in 2020, and 5% growth in 2021. The group employs 5,300 people in more than 10 countries.
