Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Foxway Recommerce is focused on purchase, recovery, resale and disposal of used electronics and will hire 50 new employees in Tartumaa, Estonia in Spring 2022.
It is expected that the production capacity of the company will increase by 20% next year, so a new warehouse is being built in Tartumaa and is expected to start operating in Spring 2022. This will combine logistics and equipment storage and will need 50 new employees for operation. In addition, the company plans to hire 50 employees in other European countries in 2022. Currently Foxway Recommerce employs 530 persons in Estonia of which 450 in Tartumaa.
Foxway Group is specialised in circular recycle of ICT devices and the group employs more than 900 people all over the world.
