Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
La Compagnie Fiduciaire, an independent accounting firm, has announced the recruitment of 200 employees in 2022. The recruitments will be spread over the 23 sites and concern all its functions, from assistants to senior executives, whether in customer service or support functions.
The group, based in Bordeaux (Gironde), employs 800 people and relies on 23 firms spread across the regions of Nouvelle-Aquitaine (630 employees), Occitanie (120 employees) and Ile-de-France (50 employees), including 39 partners. In 2021 the accounting firm has achieved a turnover of €60 million. The increase in activity during the last financial year was reinforced by the significant needs of its clients, very small businesses and SMEs, for social accounting (payroll, social charges, etc.) and economic support.
